Scope of Services
Bloom Craft Studio provides appointment-based floral services for wedding bouquets, ceremony arrangements, reception table arrangements, and venue flower delivery and setup in Sant'Olcese and the nearby area. Any project is subject to consultation, availability, and confirmation of the requested date and scope.

Payments
Prices are provided by custom quote. Where a project is accepted, a deposit may be required to confirm the date, and the remaining balance must be paid using one of the accepted payment methods agreed for the project. Payment terms may be confirmed in writing for each order.

Project Conditions
Project details, flower selection, and design choices are confirmed during the consultation and final detail review. Seasonal availability may require suitable substitutions, and exact flower varieties are not guaranteed unless confirmed as available. The studio may decline or adjust requests that cannot be reasonably fulfilled.
